Import domains

Upload a CSV to update company domains by slug. Invalid rows are skipped.

File requirements

  • File must be a CSV (required).
  • Header row must include slug and domain columns (case-insensitive).
  • Extra columns are ignored (e.g. slug,name,domain,platform,careers_url,location).
  • Each row updates companies.domain where companies.slug matches.
  • Rows with missing slug/domain or an invalid domain are discarded.
  • If the same slug appears more than once, the last row in the file wins.
  • Database writes require DB_TRANSACTION_READ_ONLY=False in .env.
  • After a successful import, the file is saved to processed_files/.
